By using Party Hotspot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Party Hotspot's role
Party Hotspot is a nightlife discovery and communications platform. We help connect guests, hosts, venues, and events — we do not operate the venues themselves.
Venue and host responsibility
Venues and hosts control admission, dress code, pricing, age requirements, and event operations at their locations. Party Hotspot is not responsible for on-site decisions.
Guest responsibility
Guests must follow venue rules, applicable law, and behave respectfully. Misuse of the platform (spam, harassment, fraud) may result in account termination.
Age requirements
Many nightlife venues are 21+. Guests are responsible for meeting a venue's age requirements. Party Hotspot does not verify age at the door.
Events and admission
Hotspot Pass does not guarantee entry. Admission is at the discretion of the venue or host.
Payments
Paid features are in setup mode. When payments launch, terms will be updated to describe pricing, refunds, and disputes.
User content
You retain rights to the content you post but grant Party Hotspot a license to display it within the platform.
Prohibited conduct
No harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, fake QR campaigns, impersonation, or unsafe behavior.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Disclaimers
Party Hotspot is provided "as is" without warranty. We disclaim liability for events, venue operations, and third-party services.
